Perché iscriversi ad un corsi AALI?
I percorsi di alfabetizzazione e apprendimento della lingua italiana sono finalizzati al conseguimento del titolo attestante il raggiungimento dei livelli di competenza nella lingua italiana A1 – A2, secondo il Quadro Comune di Riferimento per la conoscenza delle lingue (QCER).
Quando si raggiunge il livello A2, si può chiedere il permesso di soggiorno di lungo periodo.
Ogni corsista, in base al suo iniziale livello di conoscenza della lingua italiana, avrà diritto all’elaborazione di un piano di studio personalizzato (Patto Formativo Individuale).
Le lezioni di Alfabetizzazione presso la sede associata di Dolo si terranno in orario pomeridiano/serale.
Nelle Sedi Associate di Mestre, Marghera, Venezia, Mirano, Chioggia, San Donà di Piave, si possono svolgere sia di mattina che di pomeriggio e sera.
Lo studente che si iscrive può pagare un contributo volontario di € 30,00, che sarà usato per acquistare materiali didattici e fotocopie.
Corsi di Primo Livello – Primo Periodo Didattico
Per il conseguimento del titolo conclusivo del Primo Ciclo di Istruzione (ex Diploma Licenza Media)
Chi può iscriversi
- Ragazzi che compiono 16 anni entro il 31 dicembre dell’anno scolastico in corso, sprovvisti del titolo conclusivo del Primo Ciclo di Istruzione (ex Diploma di Terza Media);
- adulti italiani e stranieri, sprovvisti del titolo conclusivo del Primo Ciclo di Istruzione (ex Diploma di Terza Media).

Il percorso prevede
- Il riconoscimento dei “crediti”, cioè, delle competenze, che lo studente ha acquisito in contesti formali (frequentando scuole ed istituti di formazione), non formali (partecipando a corsi organizzati da enti, associazioni, organizzazioni non appartenenti al sistema nazionale di istruzione e formazione) ed informali (acquisite nell’esperienza quotidiana di vita e di lavoro).
- Attività didattiche per 400 ore, seguendo percorsi di studio personalizzati, tramite l’ elaborazione di un Patto Formativo Individuale.
- L’ Esame di Stato: al termine degli studi si potrà essere ammessi a sostenere l’esame finale, che consiste in una prova scritta di Italiano, una prova scritta di matematica, una prova scritta di lingua straniera ed un colloquio orale su tutte le discipline di studio; il tutto si svolgerà con i docenti del percorso formativo seguito durante l’anno scolastico.
Il superamento di tale esame permetterà di conseguire il titolo conclusivo del Primo Ciclo di Istruzione (es Diploma di Terza Media).
Perché iscriversi ad un corso di Primo Livello, Primo Periodo Didattico?
- Per ottenere il titolo conclusivo del Primo Ciclo di Istruzione (ex Diploma di Terza Media)
- Per iscriversi ai corsi di istruzione Secondaria di II grado (scuole superiori)
- Per poter poi frequentare un corso di Formazione Professionale Regionale (CFP)
Lo studente che si iscrive può pagare un contributo volontario di € 30,00, che sarà usato per acquistare materiali didattici e fotocopie e per l’assicurazione.
Corsi di Primo Livello – Secondo Periodo Didattico
È il primo biennio della scuola secondaria di II grado, che serve ad ottenere la certificazione delle competenze al termine dell’obbligo scolastico decennale
Chi può iscriversi
- Ragazzi che compiono 16 anni entro il 31 dicembre dell’anno scolastico in corso, che abbiano già conseguito il titolo conclusivo del Primo Ciclo di Istruzione (ex Diploma di Terza Media);
- adulti italiani e stranieri, che abbiano già conseguito il titolo conclusivo del Primo Ciclo di Istruzione (ex Diploma di Terza Media).
Il percorso prevede
- Il riconoscimento dei “crediti”, cioè, delle competenze, che lo studente ha acquisito in contesti formali (frequentando scuole ed istituti di formazione), non formali (partecipando a corsi organizzati da enti, associazioni, organizzazioni non appartenenti al sistema nazionale di istruzione e formazione) ed informali (acquisite nell’esperienza quotidiana di vita e di lavoro).
- Attività didattiche per un totale di 825 ore, da svolgere normalmente in due anni scolastici, seguendo percorsi di studio personalizzati, tramite l’elaborazione di un Patto Formativo Individuale.
- La certificazione finale delle competenze, che attesta la conclusione dell’obbligo scolastico.
Perché frequentare il percorso di Primo Livello, Secondo Periodo Didattico?
- Per concludere l’obbligo scolastico;
- per iscriversi al triennio dei corsi di istruzione Secondaria di II grado (scuole superiori).
Lo studente che si iscrive può pagare un contributo volontario di € 30,00, che sarà usato per acquistare materiali didattici e fotocopie e per l’assicurazione.
Oltre all’Offerta Formativa istituzionale, descritta sopra, che deve garantire, in quanto scuola pubblica del Ministero dell’Istruzione, il CPIA assicura anche questi servizi aggiuntivi:
Certificazioni di Lingua Italiana
Il CPIA, per coloro che sono interessati ad ottenere una certificazione linguistica, anche senza iscriversi ai corsi, è sede autorizzata per il rilascio delle certificazioni di competenza nella lingua italiana di livello A2 – B1 – B2 – B1 “Cittadinanza”, secondo il QCER, in convenzione con il CVCL – Università per Stranieri di Perugia (CELI) e con l’Università per Stranieri di Siena (CILS).

Corsi di ampliamento dell’Offerta Formativa
Il Piano Triennale dell’Offerta Formativa del CPIA di Venezia vuole dare una risposta agli obiettivi inclusi nella cosiddetta “Strategia Europa 2020”, che prevede, tra le altre cose, di:
- innalzare fino al 15% della popolazione adulta la percentuale di persone partecipante all’ apprendimento permanente;
- implementare il livello di istruzione della popolazione adulta, al fine di favorire gli adulti nella loro formazione permanente (Life long learning).
Per questo motivo, nell’ambito dell’ampliamento dell’ Offerta formativa, il CPIA di Venezia propone:

- Gli studenti che si iscriveranno ai corsi di Italiano L2 e a quelli di Primo Livello – Primo e Secondo Periodo Didattico, saranno coinvolti, inizialmente, nelle attività di “accoglienza ed orientamento”, durante le quali potranno acquisire altre informazioni dai docenti presenti.
- Per iscriversi ai corsi, si deve usare il modulo on line che si apre cliccando sul link presente nella home page del sito. Una volta compilato, il modulo va stampato e portato a scuola per svolgere le attività di accoglienza ed orientamento. Chi non possiede un dispositivo connesso ad internet, può chiedere aiuto al personale amministrativo del CPIA: nei mesi di luglio e agosto, presso la Sede Centrale, a Mestre, in Viale S. Marco, 67 (ingresso in Via Fulin). Orari: dalle 10,30 alle 12,30, da lunedì a venerdì. Dal 6 settembre 2021 fino al 15 ottobre 2021, presso le segreterie delle sedi desiderate (stessi giorni e stessi orari). Si ricorda che la segreteria delle sedi associate di Mestre e Marghera è quella di Viale S. Marco, 67, a Mestre.
- Potranno frequentare i corsi SOLO gli studenti in regola con l’iscrizione.

CPIA of Venice
Courses
CPIA stands for Provincial centers for adult education and training.
CPIAs are state schools established by the Italian Ministry of Education and Research. The school offers Italian and foreign citizens adult education services and activities, considered as an element to encourage the personal, cultural, social and economic growth of all citizens.
The educational offer of Venice CPIA is mainly focused on the following areas:
Italian language and literacy courses for foreign students ( AALI – Italian L2);
Who can enrol in the CPIA?
All Italian and/or foreign citizens over 16 years of age can enrol.
UPON APPLYING, STUDENTS MUST PROVIDE THEIR PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS.
Why should I attend an Italian – L2 course?
Italian language and literacy courses are aimed at obtaining language certifications – A1 and A2 levels – according to the CEFR- Common European Framework of Reference for languages skills standards.
A2 level language certifications are valid for EU long-term permits of stay.
Each student shall sign a personal Learning Agreement, also based on their initial level of knowledge of the Italian language.
CPIA Centres: Courses, Schedules & Fees
Dolo CPIA Centre: courses are held in the afternoon and in the evening.
CPIA Centres in Mestre, Marghera, Venice, Mirano, Chioggia, San Donà di Piave: these centres offer morning, afternoon and evening courses.
Registration fees: A voluntary contribution of € 30,00 can be paid by students to enhance school programs, contribute to insurance and running cost and to purchase of books and materials.
SECONDARY EDUCATION
Middle School Diploma – Lower Secondary Education (primo livello primo periodo – Diploma Terza Media)
These school courses allow students to obtain the final diploma of the first cycle of education (former middle school diploma).
Who can enrol
All Italian and/or foreign citizens over 16 years of age can enrol.
- Italian students over 16 years of age – and / or students that become 16 by Dec. 31st of the registration year. These students need to complete their lower secondary education program and get their final diploma (Primo Ciclo di Istruzione – ex Diploma di Terza Media);
- Italian and foreign adult students who need to complete their lower secondary education program and get their final diploma (Primo Ciclo di Istruzione – ex Diploma di Terza Media).
UPON APPLYING, STUDENTS MUST PROVIDE THEIR PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS (this is very important, if you enter the wrong e-mail or an incorrect number the school will not be able to contact you).
CPIA lower secondary education program provides for:
- Middle School Diploma courses (400 hours – Lower secondary education program – Primo Livello Primo Periodo – ex Diploma di Terza Media) based on a personal Learning Agreement undersigned by students – parents/guardians and the school.
- Each student’s personal learning agreement is based on a Credit recognition system (riconoscimento “crediti”). This is based on learning skills and outcomes assessment: students’ previous learning and experience acquired through formal (i.e. schooling) non-formal (i.e. taking place outside the schooling system – any organised activity that combines the learning and use of their target language with the acquisition of a particular skill or knowledge) informal learning (i.e. taking place outside schools and colleges, involving learner’s involvement in activities that are involuntary: also called experiential learning) are assessed and included in the learning agreement.
- FINAL EXAM (PRIMO LIVELLO PRIMO PERIODO DIDATTICO). At the end of the first cycle of their lower secondary education program (normally students one year) students take a final examination including:
Four tests, three written tests and an oral exam:
- an Italian languagewritten test
- a written test on mathematics.
- an additional test in the foreign language (mainly English)
- an oral exam consisting of an overall oral examination where the exam committee – including the school teachers – assess a presentation made by the pupil and ask related questions.[2]
Why should I enrol?
- To obtain the diploma of the first cycle of education (former middle school diploma) in one (or two) year.
- To enter second level high schools (evening classes)
- To enter Vocational educational and training programs (Formazione Professionale Regionale – CFP)
Registration fees: A voluntary school contribution of € 30,00 can be paid by students to enhance school programs, contribute to school insurancenand running cost and purchases of educational books and materials.
Upper Secondary Education (First two years of High School – Biennio Scuola Superiore)
This course helps consolidate basic skills and be able to enter second level high schools (evening classes).
Who can enrol?
- Students over 16 years of age – and / or students that become 16 by Dec. 31st of the registration year who have completed their lower secondary education program obtaining their final diploma (Primo Ciclo di Istruzione – ex Diploma di Terza Media);
- Italian and foreign adult students who have completed their lower secondary education program obtaining their final diploma (Primo Ciclo di Istruzione – ex Diploma di Terza Media).
CPIA Upper Secondary Education program provides for:
- Second Period (825 hours) is built for the achievement of a certification that attests the acquisition of key competences linked to the fulfillment of compulsory education and is based on a personal Learning Agreement undersigned by students – parents/guardians and the school.
- Each student’s personal learning agreement is based on a Credit recognition system (riconoscimento “crediti”). This is based on learning skills and outcomes assessment: students’ previous learning and experience acquired through formal (i.e. schooling) non-formal (i.e. taking place outside the schooling system – any organised activity that combines the learning and use of their target language with the acquisition of a particular skill or knowledge) informal learning (i.e. taking place outside schools and colleges, involving learner’s involvement in activities that are involuntary: also called experiential learning) are assessed and included in the learning agreement.

- To complete the compulsory education program;
- To access higher education: the final three years of Upper Secondary Education Program (triennio di istruzione Secondaria di II grado – scuole superiori).

CERTIFICATIONS OF ITALIAN AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE – CELI/ CILS Certifications A2 – B1 – B2 – B1 for Citizenship – Levels
If you are interested in Italian language Certifications -A2 – B1 – B2 – B1 for Citizenship (CEFRstandards) levels, you can either enrol in a course or apply for a CILS/CELI certification test. The CPIA of Venice is a CELI and CILS Examination Centre authorized by the Italian Universities respectively of Perugia and Siena.

In order to meet the objectives of EUROPE 2020 STRATEGY of improving knowledge, skills and competences of adult learners through “Lifelong Learning” programs, the CPIA’s three-year education plan includes a variety of activities and services:
